Been to a few in the area. This is the best place in town.

I have been twice to this location, and have already signed up for the members program.  Both Emily and Chad  that I have seen are amazing. I have a significant knot in my left shoulder that I have been to months of physical therapy for (per my Dr's orders) that have done absolutely nothing but cost me over $1k. On my first visit, with Emily , it was great and relaxing, but not exactly as focused on the problem area as I would have liked because this was my first professional massage.  When I left, I asked the receptionist if they had someone who specializes in knots and deep tissue and she recommended Chad.  He was, simply put, Amazing.  He spent longer than he wanted to trying work the knot out (about 40 of the 55 mins), and got it to release several times. Unfortunately, this knot has been here for years, so the muscles keep trying to go back to that position.   I was sore for about 2 days after from the deep tissue work, but it was so worth it as with stretching the muscle and all of Chad's hard work, what was the size of a grapefruit is now the size of a golf ball and so much less painful!  I am going back again this week and have booked 90 mins instead of the 60 so hopefully we can get the rest out.  Top notch all around, very professional staff, friendly, super clean and relaxing common areas, waiting rooms and massage rooms.  All in all I would recommend this (and have) to all my friends and family.

This is the most beautiful Massage Envy location around here.  The front desk staff and massage therapists are so friendly.  Love to come here again.

Terrible customer service! I scheduled a couples massage for my bf's birthday and they called 3 DAYS BEFORE IT WAS SCHEDULED to say they had to cancel and there were no other openings for the weekend.

I understand that you were understaffed unexpectedly but there needs to be a backup plan if this situation happens. Now I have no plans for his birthday and will never schedule a massage here again for fear it might be canceled unexpectedly.
