Embarrassing to post this because everyone in the community knows me but the face is such a sensitive area that I have to post this. Got waxed on my chin and upper lip area (not first time). The lady who did the work seemed new. She applied different amounts of force each time she removed the wax strip. I left with a superficial skin burn. Still irritated 4 hours later. Applied burn gel, moisturizer, etc, I’m not going back. I strongly do not recommend.

Literally amazing. I’ve paid to have my hair permanently straightened with the YUKO system before and paid almost $600. She literally charged me half! And came out so well! Highly recommended!!

I will swear by Shalini's skills as a threading specialist.  I have tried various place and have humbly returned to her.  I have been reading the mixed reviews with interest and have this to say. 1) You need to be very specific about what you want and because you are paying for the service be unafraid to state it if you'd much rather like someone more experienced. In any spa you will have newbies and learners.  Everyone has to start somewhere. 2) Price is always a matter of choice.  Enquire about it, check the website before you go.  That way it is not a shock. 3) look around when you are in a place.  You will certainly get a better idea of what you don't want, or talk to the owner about your issues.  Every business owner wants your repeat business 😊

Hi Shalini, we just had visited your place. I know your place was short of staff today. We were visiting first time with a 13 year old who was going for all the treatments for the first time in her life. You rushed your employee by knocking on the door for finishing the waxing faster, was not acceptable to me as a customer. I didn't say anything at that time as didn’t want to create a drama at your place over a small matter, but when you came and pulled your employee out of the room and took the charge over - it was not professional and it was very rude for your employee and to me as a customer. I am very disappointed by this behavior of yours as an owner of the place. We had taken prior appointment and were paying full amount of the services we got. The other customer if she was in a hurry - it's not my problem as another customer - I think you could have managed the situation better and provided more professional atmosphere for everyone. Your justification for rush was very lame too ... the lady is waiting for the facial and her husband is going to come soon ... really?!?!? 

one star to the owner and 5 stars to the employee who did the job!
