I have been going to Profilo for many years. Alfredo, the owner is very kind and the staff is very accommodating with my crazy schedule. I have tried a few different stylists and love how friendly and professional everyone is. I always go on the day of special event or before a big weekend and love how my hair looks. I have recently started buying their hair and face products and love them.

Our vision and day could not have gone any smoother on our wedding day. If it wasn't for the help of Essence mobile spa, we couldn't have pulled it off. My hubby and I, would recommend them to anyone looking for fast and accurate service.Thanks once again for your great work!

Been going to Profilo now for 6 years... ALWAYS have had a great experience. 5-Star quality and get treated unbelievably every time. I always am coming with my hair in shambles (color, cut, etc) and Heather always leaves me speechless at how well she does. HIGHLY recommend!

I've had generally great experiences with profilo. I go there to get my eyebrows waxed. Today, I went in and after telling the lady I wanted them to have more definition but still keep the natural thickness, she completely did the opposite. She made them flat, thinner than they've ever been, and with little to no arch. The next time I go I will definitely be requesting a different worker.

Best shellac manicure ever. Been going to Adrianna for about 2 years she is a perfectionist and it shows in her regular customers. Sam and Adrianna both have given me spa pedicures that have really improved my feet. Lisa at the front desk works well with clients and staff alike. She is the one to get things done. Caitlin (sp?) has done facials brow and lip wax plus make up. She is knowledgeable and takes care to listen. Alfredo should be proud of his team. I go somewhere else for my hair but every cut or blowout I've had has been spot on. Great place
