Beautiful community with great lots and a nice selection of homes. I don't know much about this builder, but the model seemed well crafted.  The neighborhood is nearly complete, with only two lots left to sell when we visited. The sales guy was pretty dismissive and didn't seem to value us as interested buyers, so we'll continue our search elsewhere.

Whatever was the result of the lawsuit pending about public vs private usage of Lake LeClare in Tampa? I thought Lake LeClare was considered private property?
