Love Kassab!! I went in for a repair, through insurance. Penny was great! When I changed my mind and decided to have the whole ring redesigned Penny took it on based on just a few pics we found together online. She did a fantastic job. I'm so happy with the finished product. Thanks Kassab!

Penny is the best! She worked tirelessly with me for over a year to come up with the perfect ring for our 10-year anniversary. She has wonderful ideas and knows how to get the best price and quality that fits your budget. I enjoyed every interaction I had with Penny and the other employees at Kassab. I recommend them to anyone who wants expertise and a large selection of rings to choose from no matter what occasion you are celebrating.

I'm a UK Customer of Kassab's, I arranged the type of jewelery i wanted to look at over the phone / email, and Penny made sure there was plenty of options, so when I was in the USA and went into the shop, I had a plenty of choice, all fantastic quality at great prices. Above and beond customer service from Penny and the team. Many thanks :-)
