Great place to buy a watch. Just picked up a used watch this weekend and the staff were very helpful. Big plus is the 2 year warranty they offer on used watches for peace of mind. Could have saved some $$ buying in the internet but gladly paid more since it is a local company that I trust. Highly recommended!!

Came in to get new batteries for two watches. The staff was friendly and I was able to get in and out in about 15 minutes. Just enough time to run next door and get a burrito! I'll be back the next time my watches need service.

Omg!! 
Not only have a purchased my beautiful pearl earrings from Alex Watch works, I also got my gently loved Patek Phillip watch. But let's not stop there. 
Got engaged Christmas day. Where would I purchase my rings.... now where else but Alex watch works. They are sellers of JB Star diamonds. They are the most beautifully cut stones I have ever seen. Alex was patient, he got in 4 styles; found the one right away. 
Don't make the mistake that this store is only watches. You will miss out!!

Simply the best watch dealer/repair shop in Portland. Whether they are changing out a battery on your Casio or helping you pick out a Rolex: this crew is the most knowledgeable, friendly and helpful I've dealt with in Portland. I will be their customer for life!

Brought in a couple watches that needed repairs and batteries and they were able to quickly help for a reasonable price. Also let me bring in my dog while I waited.
