Kathy, not sure why the reviews aren't up on Google for you...

Now that I'm "disabled/retired" I think it's fair that I can be pretty unbiased on reviews of agents.  

Kathy is a great active agent.  She has wonderful prior claims knowledge, which is probably her most valuable asset.  And she doesn't hesitate to call people in the middle of the night if that's what it takes to have her client's needs taken care of.

I'm a retired GM that worked in the disaster industry for around 20 years. I have State Farm. I've processed thousands of claims in my life, with more carriers than I can count.   Take it from me. 

You get what you pay for when it counts.

Excellent service, always willing to help us find the best options for the best pricing. Every year, I go through the ritual of looking at other agencies & companies to get better rates, and Kathy/State Farm has always been able to beat the other "deals" with better coverage for less money.
