I've been dealing with Tony at the Kay Jewelers in the Town Center Mall for about a year now. He's incredibly professional and consistently goes above and beyond. I wouldn't dream of going to anyone else. He's helped me with anniversary presents, my engagement, my wedding bands, bridesmaid gifts, and even some holiday gifts for my family. It's always a lot of fun going into this location. Go see Tony, you won't be disappointed. The rest of the staff is always really friendly and very helpful.

Not sure what to say about this disorganized mess. Over priced jewelry and bad customer service. My husband wanted his money back on a purchase and instead of mailing a check. They refund it to a debit card that was stolen made months ago. I thought it was wise to inform the employee before he processed the refund. Nope he couldn't even type info in correctly. Pretty simple right? I assumed it would be just as easy as making a sandwich at McDonald's. I was wrong again. Screwed up a few thousand dollars now we're waiting to hear back from a bank that we no longer bank with regarding our money.

One of the best Jewelry Stores in South Florida. They offer a wide selection and excellent deals on Women's and Men's Jewelry. I would never go to a different store.

Horrible customer service. Manager Tony is never around. Spent two weeks calling and trying to get in touch with him and nothing. Also assistant manager, AVIA, is a complete disaster. We went in to purchase an engagement ring and she promised us a RUSH on the ring for our proposal date. Then we tried to get in touch with her again and we were constantly passed around to other employees there and told she was busy or away. After two weeks, my boyfriend finally spoke to her and was told the rush wasn't put in at all, it was forgotten. And what's more, they were no longer able to put in a rush because the ring actually had to be made from scratch. Which, they did NOT tell us the day we walked in and placed the first payment on the ring. We finally decided to walk in today and return the ring for a full refund on the downpayment, at least they didn't lie about that . Good luck to everyone who is trying to get a ring from Kay's this holiday season.

I love what my engagement ring represents, but I absolutely resent Kay Jewelers for how they handle repairs. My fiancé purchased the extended service plan, thank god. When I lost a stone in the band in May (5 months ago), the repair center tried to bend the prongs over the empty hole on the band to avoid actually replacing the diamond, and in the process they absolutely DESTROYED my ring. Since I got it back from that initial repair (which took well over a month because it had to be immediately sent back out), I have lost stones on the edge of the ring on that side FOUR times. I have not been able to go a full month without losing a stone in my ring, which is completely unacceptable. The most recent time (for which I'm bringing it back in today!!), the ring lasted barely two weeks (15 days to be exact) without losing a stone, and this is AFTER having the store "check" and "tighten" every stone the past two times. On top of all of that, the inside of the band is badly dented (even scorched in some places!) from careless repairs. I am beyond disappointed that I will clearly not be able to wear this ring for the rest of my life as I'd like to, and thanks to the shoddy workmanship and sketchy repairs of Kay Jewelers I will now have to go to my engagement photoshoot without an engagement ring on my finger. I will be sure to tell every single person I know to avoid this company at all costs.
