We spent thousands of dollars to custom design a ring that BROKE TWICE in two months and has yet to be repaired properly after FIVE ATTEMPTS. Customer service is a complete joke and will not help!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! (Story below) My ring broke 2 weeks after I began wearing it. I sent it in and they fixed it in a few weeks. I picked it up and again, 3 weeks later, as I was taking a photo the ENTIRE ring fell off! I did not even feel it fall. Someone on the street saw it and picked it up. I took it in to get fixed again. When I was supposed to pick it up on the 8th (guaranteed pick up day) I arrived to see the staff scrambling to find my ring. It had not been delivered. Upon further investigation we found out that it had been delayed and no one bothered to call to tell us that it would not be in on the date promised! We were told to come back on Valentines Day, but that day received a call saying that it AGAIN would be delayed and would not be in by the second guaranteed date. Last week I went back to get it and right away I could tell there was a problem. I put it on and it was the wrong size, it did not fit with my wedding band anymore, and they forgot to add some pieces on the side. We then sent the ring back for a THIRD time within a matter of months. Then, yesterday I received a call saying that the ring was in, but that it is messed up AGAIN and not to even bother coming in to get it because he ONCE AGAIN was sending it back! That same day I received a reply from a customer care representative (Gabe) basically saying he can’t do anything to make this situation right. I tried to reply to him but the email wouldn’t even go through. I take good care of the ring. I take it off when showering, cleaning, sleeping, cooking etc. I am a photographer who sits on the computer most of the day. I do not work with my hands and there is absolutely nothing I did to compromise the integrity of the ring. Even if I had worn it in the shower, pool, or anything else, it should not have broken. My grandmother has been married 62 years. She wears her wedding ring all day, every day and it has never broken. I wear mine for less than 2 months and it has already broken twice! I have been to the store to get this issue fixed four times and still do not have my ring back! Because I am recently engaged and it is a custom-made ring people ask to see it often. Each person that asks I have to tell them the entire story instead of showing them a gorgeous ring. It is embarrassing. It broke my heart that for our only Valentine’s Day we will spend together as an engaged couple, I did not even have my ring on to admire. I didn’t even have it for the holidays to show my family that came from out of town! This is the only time in my life I will be engaged and I do not even have a ring to show off because it has been getting fixed the vast majority of the time that I have had the ring. Even when it is supposedly fixed for the 4th time, I will forever be nervous about wearing my ring. I can honestly say I worry about it breaking again and that I won’t have it for our wedding day! I cannot bear the thought of it breaking and losing it this time. I will never have that peace of mind I should have with a piece of jewelry that I will be wearing for the rest of my life. I feel like we paid thousands of dollars for a piece of costume jewelry. I feel taken advantage of, ripped off, and heart broken. This ring has meaning and memories behind it and this experience is tainting those good memories attached to it. That is not the quality of ring I paid for and not what I expect from a company I just gave thousands of dollars of business to. It is absolutely, completely, unacceptable and infuriating. Do not ever waste your time or money walking into this store. It is a joke and a rip off.

WORSE JEWELRY STORE EVER.......WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT.......my diamond fell out after 7 months of getting the ring was not informed when we bought the ring to bring it back every 6 months to have it checked took the ring in to get it repaired about a month ago and they informed us that because we didn't have it checked at 6 months that we would have to pay to get it fixed (we bought the insurance plan) and because this was the first time it happened they would go half the price of the diamond we wouldn't take that as a answer so they got the price down a little bit more still pissed about it we said screw it just fix it almost a month later I called 3 or 4 times to get the info about my ring and I kept getting well we will call the office and call you back and I NEVER got a called back so FINALLY after calling them 2 times today I finally got well were just waiting to here if it's a go or not......my husband told them last month to go ahead and fix it.........WILL NEVER BUY JEWELRY FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😭😭😭😭

My fiancé and I went into the Kay Jewelers store with intentions to get my engagement ring repaired. I had a prong that was sticking out at a sharp point. Our sales associate Laura took a look at my ring, and informed me that she would need to send it in for repairs. If she had filed it down, the diamond would have had potential to fall out. We were unaware that the protection warranty had not previously been purchased for my ring. We were happily informed that we could still purchase the warranty, and Laura could send it off to be repaired! While we were there, Laura showed us around the store, and let us try on several items. She even showed us options that we would have never thought to consider! My fiancé and I never once felt pressured! We were so pleased with the incredible knowledge and amazing customer service! We ended up purchasing a wedding ring for my fiancé, a diamond enhancer ring for my engagement ring, a watch, and a necklace with earrings set to match my wedding gown! We purchased beautiful jewelry at an incredibly low price! We were so blown away with Laura's incredible knowledge and amazing customer service! We will never shop for jewelry anywhere else! We can't wait to go back! Thank you Kay Jewelers for perfecting my wedding day!

Beautiful store and I got a wonderful ring for my engagement. They were so nice and helpful we are so glad we went here. I can't wait to wear my ring. I got blue in memory of my grandmother and because me and my fiance are having a little boy on November. Thanks Kay ur awesome 😄
