They were the best place ever for me. Lowest price, clean waiting area, friendly staff...even followed up with a thank you card! Good customer service goes a long way nowadays!

Just got off the phone with Ken, my truck failed smog at cruise on hydrocarbons at 298 passing is 200-210, I found replaced the 2gaskets between the carb and EGR plate, and the EGR gasket. Gave it a great tune up replacing the cap and rotor, cleaned up the spark plugs and leaned out the carb a little bit . Went to make an appointment and was told he can't help me. Told me what I fixed wouldn't affect the fail at cruise...  Several days later I'm going to give them one more chance. The owner Ken sure isn't the friendliest of people towards me, but set an appointment to smog. Let's see if I prove him wrong.. 

Well it passed with flying colors and Ken was still extremely rude. HC at 2500 rpm was 94 max is 200. How about that?

The car wouldn't start, on a Saturday night in the parking lot of a restaurant. I called the AAA (actually, CAAA, the Canadian affiliate) who arranged for Keith's to send a truck with a technician. He arrived within a half-hour, jump-started the car and said I very likely needed a new battery. His advice was to call the shop in the morning through (C)AAA to get the lowest price on the battery. 

So in the morning I did that. Again a Keith's technician arrived within half an hour to check the battery, which had lost 80% of its cranking amps. He then installed a new one and meticulously checked it, the alternator and the starting motor with test devices that gave printouts showing that all was well. He explained the printouts to me in a quiet, courteous and focused way. 

All this was finished before 09:00 on Sunday morning. There was a cheerful final wave as my wife and I started on our return trip to Canada. WOW!
