Was looking for a good, used SUV. Found one I liked online and came into the dealership. Tristan didn't try to up-sell me or convince me to look at anything else. Let me take the vehicle to my mechanic before signing, which was great. Everything went smooth. Sandra was able to get me a better APR than my bank was offering, and also worked with me on getting an extended warranty and protection on the vehicle. I am very happy with the experience.

Best experience I have had when buying a car. Everyone was as courtesy as could be. Never tried to force me to buy the extra package this or that. On top of it all, I had custom ordered my car with more features than other dealers' cars on their lot and I still save over $4000. I was expecting to pay more since it was a custom order. But, in fact, it was quite the opposite experience. Rob Saslow was the that handled the sale for me and I couldn't be happier with the results. Extremely recommended! I will be going back to him if I need a new Ford! Also want to point out that Jon Powell handled the financing. We signed for one low APR but when the bank didn't want to give the loan for that rate, they found another bank that would for a slightly higher rate. But to compensate for the higher rate, Jon reduced the price of the car to match the original payment plan. I was shocked to see that!

We originally started our search looking for an entirely different vehicle. We went to 2 other dealerships in the area and left without ever even test driving a vehicle. We met CD Williams once we arrived at Kelly Ford and we instantly felt comfortable interacting with him! I think we literally spent almost the whole day there with him going over our options, test driving cars and seeing how each would affect our monthly payment. CD knows what he is doing and has an amazing team there working with him, we met 2 different managers as well that made us feel like family! We highly recommend CD Williams, he has an amazing attitude and like I said we were there ALL day and he never showed any signs of frustration when we would ask for another option! We are so happy and excited with our new purchase!

We met Jesse Sheridan, our salesperson, 8 months prior to our new truck purchase. He introduced himself one night as the dealership was closing when my wife and I were checking out trucks. He was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. When we finally decided it was time for a new truck I dug out Jesse's phone number and arranged to look at trucks. He had several with the options we were interested in but one stood out. He walked us through the closing process with ease and confidence. Jesse is a great salesperson who without question has the customers needs in mind. Don't hesitate to ask for him, I'm certain you will be extremely happy. During the closing process we met two other gentlemen who were very helpful, Chuck Cooper and Jim Ahlquist, both very professional and very personable. Overall it was a great experience and when it's time to purchase another Vehicle Kelly Ford will be at the top of the list.

Patricia, my salesperson, was very nice and helpful and, overall, dealership was nice to deal with and easy. I thought I had all set on trading in my vehicle which had to happen when I was out of town on business trip. Before I left I had financing set at 2.84% and so I thought all was good. While I was gone my wife went to swap the vehicles and now suddenly they could not do that interested rate unless 10K was put down. I was on a 10 day business trip and so dealing with all this while away was not easy or fun. In the end the Finance department did get a new lower rate of 3.04% with 10K more down and so while better, I just wish things would have been set before I left and not changed. I hope Kelly Ford can improve on these kinds of issues for the future.
