The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, and the complimentary breakfast is a nice spread. We haven't used the pool, but often see people in there. We stay here often as they offer a great VA discount and the driving distance to the VA Clinic is reasonable.  Recommend!

This place is fantastic! They completely saved our vacation by booking us a last minute room. We had a problem with a booking at another hotel and they were able to accommodate us immediately. Allowed us to check in a few hours early at no additional cost. They made the whole process effortless. Young lady at the front desk was so helpful (I didn't get her name 😔) Breakfast was great. Good selection of hot and cold items including waffles, omelettes and even garlic sausage! Was very impressed! Room was clean, beds were so comfortable and we had a very restful sleep.  Was very nice after a busy day to take a dip in the pool and hot tub! Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was so friendly at Days Inn Fargo. In the middle of the night our smoke detector needed a new battery and the overnight manager was so helpful and he did it with such a positive attitude! The housekeeping and the lady running the hot breakfast area were all so friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean. The pool and hot tub looked like they needed some extra attention and a good clean, but other than that my wife and I really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely unhappy with the lack of professionalism from the Days Inn and their new owners/management group. 

We have stayed here multiple times in the last 5 years with our tour groups and had nothing but wonderful service.

Have been getting the complete run around from the new staff on an upcoming booking. After multiple phone calls and messages and trying to contact someone for well over two weeks...just got notified that they do not have our reservation that was made over 6 months ago. Despite receiving our rooming list on multiple occasions. It is two Days before our departure date!!

Tammy (staff member in charge of this debacle) said it's not her problem and they can not be of any help to us and that all previous staff has been let go.

I highly suggest the new owners and management invest in some customer service training.

And unfortunately I can't give this property ) stars like they deserve!

We had a great stay. Room was very clean and service was excellent. The only complaint I had was the cleanliness of the hot tub. The walls and corners had such heavy build up with dark brown debris caked on them. I question how often they clean it, if at all.
