I found a used car online at Brent Brown Toyota I fell in love with and decided to fly down to Salt Lake City to take a look.  Sophia Morton was so helpful in sending me photos and video while answering questions about the car the whole time.  She is the reason I decided to book my flight.  From there Drew Brown offered to pick me up from the airport as a courtesy.  Friendly, honest, respectful service from start to finish was all the was received and I could not be happier with my new car.  I drove it all the way back to Seattle and Drew text me to make sure I had made it home safely which was above and beyond.  I would definitely recommend these guys for any future car needs.  Even though I live out of state, I would consider buying there again just because!

I went to get my Oil changed expecting it be a couple of hours. I get there and used the complimentary shuttle and by the time I got back my car was already finished! They sent me a live video from the technician explaining what was done with my car and their recommendations for future service (which was really cool). And they called and let me know exactly when it was finished and sent a shuttle to pick me up. Everyone was extremely friendly and happy. It was a great experience I would highly recommend! :)

We drove all the way down to Orem to find our next new Toyota because the dealerships around our home in Sandy had treated us poorly in the past. From Maddy who set up our appointment easily and kindly over the phone, to Chris who showed us every car we were interested and answered all our questions, to Jared who handled our finances and warranties smoothly, this place was wonderful. Everyone was willing to negotiate and listened to mine and my husband's concerns, and never pressured us at any point to do more than we were willing. I'd definitely recommend Brent Brown for new or used car sales because these people are amazing. Thank you all! We LOVE our 4Runner!

I was met personally by Mike Black . . . treated me like "Royalty".  Mike took a personal interest in myself and vehicle.  Tremendous communication skills.  Was very thorough in going over my vehicle's service history, etc.   VERY PROFESSIONAL! Impressed with his supervisory skills and ability to "think outside of the box".

UPDATED: Our issue was resolved once I initially left a 1 star review here. While I didn't appreciate the hoops we had to go through to get a simple key fob, it was resolved by Karyn immediately. I've since referred my mother in law there, and others. I'm hoping this is a one-time fluke, and they really do bend over backwards to make their buyers happy.

PREVIOUS: We started off having a really good, dare I say fantastic, experience here, but have quickly been made to feel that now that they got our signatures on the loan, the people at Brent Brown do not want to hold up to their end of the bargain.
