For the last 15 years, we’ve been building our reputation in the community as a shop you can trust with guaranteed repairs and ASE-certified techs that can handle anything you throw at them. I  wish I could leave 0 stars.  I brought my truck in a little before the Harvey flood and I was unable to get back right then to Houston to pick it up. I live in Louisiana. I called Kens Tuesday morning.(the first business day after Harvey hit. And they said my truck was fine. I did not attempt to go get it due to high water everywhere. I-10 was closed. 
 On Saturday I get a  call from the owner while I am in New Orleans asking if I came and took my truck.  Yes my truck was stolen and the owner accused me of stealing my own damn truck.  He said my truck required a key with a chip to crank it, and being they still had the key that I left with the truck, they assumed I used a spare to steal it. My truck was not equipped with the sentry system.  So it doesn't require the chip.  Seems like a auto shop would know that. 
  Who else would steal a vehicle from a repair shop when they do not even know if it runs.  The owner and the workers knew that it was fixed and they had the key.  Easy to take the truck and bring back the key or have a spare made. 
 I  do not know if they took it or not but it pissed me off when he accused me of taking it.  The truck is an older truck. 2005 Dodge Ram. Nothing special unless someone needed parts.  Repair shops need parts.
  I arrived today to speak with the owner and he was not there, so they called him and I ask if he would be able to  file it with his insurance.  He said no and that they had signs posted everywhere saying that they were not responsible. I told him that I would see him in court. I took videos of the inside off the office and the exterior of the building and there is not 1 sign posted.  I  hope they turn around and post them now.
  Avoid the place like the plague.  If he will treat me that way he will treat you that way. There are to many other shops around to take a chance leaving your transportation with these people.  I  am generally as easy going as anyone out there but he just pissed me off.  I am at the police station now.

The Firestone down the street didn't do my oil change even though I paid for it to get done 2 months ago. I almost lost my car. Thank you ken's auto for being awesome and figuring that out for me.
