Omar is the epitome of great customer service. Trustworthy and a real value. I contacted Sackett because my niece's Jeep Grand Cherokee's rear view mirror had disengaged from her windshield. We needed a same-day fix. Omar was so helpful on the phone, I knew he would solve our problem. When the first adhesive his mechanic tried failed, Omar called a friend at the Chevy dealer to asked for advice. The mechanic at the car dealer recommended a special adhesive that they used. We were in a hurry to get back on the road and Omar volunteered to pick up the adhesive for us on his lunch hour. We grabbed a bite to eat and returned to Sackett where the new adhesive was applied. Mission accomplished!

This is the place to get your car service. Omar and Steve completely explained the service that was done, and also informed me about the service that still needed to be done. So if you need to get your car service and want peace of mind.  This is the place, I highly recommend this shop

I needed my truck fixed ASAP and Omar helped me out big time. I explained to him what was wrong with my truck, and he was accurate in making the suggested repairs. To add on, I was given a free ride to work also which made the biggest difference in making it to work on time. If you are new to the Midtown area or have been here awhile, Sackett Auto repair will get the job done.

I have been taken fleet truck to Jerry for years now. With no problems.  Price are very fair. And i can't remember ever having to take back any vechiels back for a redo. And if this mean anything. I send my daughter's to Sackett to get her car fix there too.
