Thomas, the owner, is great!! I have take my Saab here several different times and each time they have been extremely helpful and fair. Unfortunately, I live in an area where individuals are not familiar with Saab's.  I found this shop on a trip to Houston while visiting family and I am happy that occurred. They have been honest and trustworthy.   In a field where that is not the norm, it is truly appreciated! Any owner of a Saab knows that they can be finicky, but we become fans of the vehicles. This quirkiness at times can be challenging, but my experience has always been positive with this company. Thomas has gone over and beyond to assist me even though I am 500 miles away. He truly is a wonderful person and I am forever grateful for his willingness to help get my car in working order.

I've been taking my Volvo's to Tomas for years now.  They always do a great job and always get the work done on time.   Justin is great to work with as well - both offer a wealth of information.  Highly recommended for serious Volvo owners.

Called to get a quote on clutch replacement labor. 
Fair price but i decided to undergo it myself.
Justin who answered the phone was able to give me really good pointers on the job and things to look out for while doing it. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. All of my questions were answered, i would definitely recommend this place! Nice and friendly staff

Nickel and dime you. Did not complete my work. When I went back for an adjustment they found a bunch of new work needed never mentioned before. On top of all this they charged me 90 bucks to look at my car. They Installed a part Which is not working the way the owners manual states. Ghey claim the manual is wrong.  Little too arrogant for me never go back.
