hr oil change appointment ran late. No apology. I made an early appointment because I need to get to work. Tried them for the first time today, will not go back. Front desk woman very nice, but the man behind the counter was dry.

I was in a fret when I came to Texas Direct Auto. I purchased this awesome vehicle, and the warranty ran out right at a couple of months after I purchased it. I was like "WHAAAT"! It needed some minor things done that was promised since day one. The problem was that it was around the holidays, so the timing couldn't be worst for me.

It was 2 months later when I came up to the dealership. I was on the phone earlier with someone and was told I was too late. When arrived at the dealership, I stayed calm but inside I was burning up! I spoke with my salesmen, then a manager, which led me to Mike Rook in the service department! Da da da da 🎼....Like 'Superman' he came to my rescue! I was so happy to meet him! He put my worries to rest and my anxiety subsided.

I felt confident that my problems would be handled, and they where! Not only were they handled, but it was done in a reasonable amount of time. I thought I'd be there forever, but I wasn't.

Thanks to Mike, I now have to confidence to come to TDA Service with all my needs. He and his team are the best I've dealt with! Like ever! They are all awesome! You name it, from Prysilla to Robert to Joe! This is his team you guys. Feel confident in them. They are a great reflection of him leadership! Their services are  great!

So far my car has been fine.  Had my free oil change coupon and thought I would give the Service area at Texas Direct a try.  I walked into the service room with several people behind computers pretty much ignoring me.  Had no idea what to do so finally walked up to one of them saying I had an oil change appointment and they were like I'll help you in a minute.  I just stood there looking out the window and finally after 5 or so minutes someone else asked if they could help me.  It was not a very friendly welcome at all.  And no one was in line or anywhere around, it wasn' t like the room had lots of people in it.  All they had to do was say hello and we will be right with you.  Is that so hard to do?  So they could use some customer service training.  The cashier was very nice.  The rest could follow her lead.
