This hospital is absolutely horrible! The nurses and doctors are complete morons, and have no idea what they are doing. Don't let the name "Baptist Health" fool you, its still the band-aid station, Pattie A. Clay with a different name. They only changed the name, same morons work at this hospital. I wouldn't take my K9 to this hospital! You will die before being seen or treated, if they don't kill you by giving you the wrong medicine when the ER finally sees you. Absolute disgrace of a hospital!!

I would give this rating a solid zero if possible. My mother stayed here as a patient overnight after a surgery, (2nd floor) they treated her as if she was a druggy. SHE LAID IN PAIN FOR 2 HOURS AFTER A MAJOR SURGERY!!! THEY REFUSED TO GIVE HER ANY PAIN MEDICATION AFTER HER SURGERY! She laid in pain, and cried for 2 hours before the nurses even bothered to notify the doctor. The nuses recommended she change her positioning to see if that would help??? No. Which they only notified the doctor after we notified the Director of Nursing, Social Services, and a Patient Advocate. This is not slander/libel, this is documented within their system. They traumatized my mother with pain! 
Nurses seemed "too busy" to bother with her pain, Lab didn't introduce themselves as they strolled into her room, very stuck up staff.
ANOTHER thing, my grandfather was also staying her for bronchitis on the 3rd floor, he was admitted and had to stay for about a week. He stayed 3 days, the nurses/aids didn't even bother to change his bedding. When asked for his linens to be changed she looked at me like I was stupid! Said she was too busy to do that, i explained he had been here three days without his sheets being changed and told her if she was too busy I'd do it my damn self. I, his own family had to change his bedding vecause she didn't care to. His bedding was soiled with food stains and medical dyes. HORRIBLE experience  overall.

Brought my granddaughter in as from out of state and they were wonderful! Dr price and nurse macayla. They and everyone were wonderful to us. Even gave my other grandchild a snack and drink. Exceptional thank you

Save yourself the time and aggervation and drive 30 minutes to lexington. This ER is TERRIBLE.

This place is horrible. I was there last Monday for 2nd degree burns. When they went to discharge me one nurse comes in to take my vitals again and had an attitude because she was having a hard time finding my pulse. Then another nurse comes in the room and says that they're sending supplies home to treat and dress my burns after the doctor said they'd do it there. My boyfriend was with me that night, so he said something about it. The nurse then asks if I'd like for them to put the cream and dressings on before I leave, so I said yes. She then goes to applying the cream to my stomach and leg forcibly and kept saying sorry she knew it hurt. When she went to put the nonstick pads on and wrap the gauze she acted like she had a problem with it. Once she's done we go to leave and as soon as I walk out the doors that lead outside the gauze around my leg falls and the gauze around my stomach was in the process of falling. I was irritated at this point and realized it would do no good to go back in and say anything so I just went home and redone the dressings myself. Needless to say both nurses were very rude towards me. This hospital doesn't deserve one star due to the fact that their staff is rude to the patients
