Dr. Eidson is my primary care physician, and is also my wife's. We are both very happy with the care we have received. Dr. Eidson has been attentive, helpful, and caring. She makes sure she understands our complaints, then addresses them as needed. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor in the area. As regards some of the other reviews--I can't speak to any of that, but when someone is upset about a doctor you have to wonder what's really going on. None of the things in the one review sound like anything that is likely in the offices, and is additionally very aggressive and disrespectful in tone. I can't argue factuality, but the claims made seem dubious. The offices I have seen have always been clean, the nurses and doctors prompt, and all the staff very polite and respectful. If what the review said is accurate, then I would expect a strong investigation by relevant regulatory bodies, but as far as I am aware, nothing of the sort has happened. Also, why would anyone give this place a bad review/rating after reading that without at least visiting to form their own impression as another reviewer seems to have done? Finally, when I needed gall-bladder surgery (removal), Dr. Eidson was able to help me get scheduled for that quickly, provide me with appropriate pain medication before and after, and write quick referrals to get the process moved along quickly with insurance. That is the mark of a Doctor that cares and wants to help her patients.

Cat's review is litterally BS She was emotional she said it her self so no doubt she is making it sound worse than it was, calling nurses Butch obvious she is not a rollmodel citizen her self, Im more likely to trust "The Joker" than some lady who is upset because they wanted to test to make sure you dont got cancers and stuff and every person is forced to have insurance yet she got the bill? Added to that they are not even open 8 hours. I been going here for months had no issues, went for Depression, Anxiety, IBS and now I have no Anxiety and No Depression and very little acne and some IBS but that is more current. Ms Edison is The doctor I been to here and she is wonderful she can come off as a bit rude to some people but she cares and she gives it to you straight.

This place is OK, just do not expect any follow-up from the nurses or receptionists.

The only reason I'm giving it a one is because i can't give it a -100. Actually i wish i could sue them. I had a miscarriage at 23 weeks in February of 2015. Had no choice but to go to them. They took me into some creepy room and kept me there for God knows how long. Some butch woman came in after hooours and told me i wasn’t as far along as i was telling them, you know, like I would lie about that. Not to mention i had gone to another place prior to this incident and they confirmed my progress. So this woman is arguing with me, I'm in agony, scared and crying and she's acting like i was lying. Wtf!!! Then, after another six or eight hours, they finally took me in for the d&c. When i woke up, some snarky woman was wheeling me to an ultrasound room. Again, i was like wtf! She said they are going to run tests on me because i have a thyroid problem (aka i am fat and my neck is fat too, duh). They said there was something in there, some anomaly. I was like yeah, i have a singing injury, have had for a while. I kept telling them do not test me, but by god they did. So let's skip to the part where i was able to scream and leave, regardless of their bs. They kept trying to do more and more and more, so i had to get out of there. A few weeks later, i get a bill for the other stuff they did, thousands of dollars!!!!! The procedure i needed was a few hundred. On top of all this, i have excruciating pain in my reproductive systems, can't use tampons anymore because of the agony and sometimes i can't even use the bathroom without pain. All because of the butchers at bhr. So to the overbearing brutes who expect me to pay for something i told them not to do, kiss my a**! I will not pay a penny for something i begged and screamed for them not to do, especially when i already knew what the "problem" was.

Dr. Eidson is the best. Takes the time and listens. Knows how to diagnose. Recommend to anyone.
