If your looking to buy a Honda you must go to Honda of Milford, and ask for Manny, I have brought 4 new cars from different dealership and never have received the type of Service Manny has provided me. He is such a great sales person explaining every details before I made the choice to buy my CRV. Even though I went to the dealership in June and had to wait until August to get my car. most dealership are doing this Manny would constantly call me to update me on things. As a woman buying a car by herself I felt that Manny wasn’t trying to take advantage of me, as the other dealership i went to. I felt very comfortable with manny and would recommend that if you want to buy a Honda ask for Manny. Let me tell you about Mark in finance wow Mark went out of his way to help me, giving me a great monthly payment. He worked on everything until finally he found something that wont hurt my budget. Forgot to mention I trade in my Jeep Compass to buy a Honda CRV. I was still making the payments on the Jeep and Mark was able to get me a car with only paying $7 more, which didn’t hurt my budget. I also decided to get the LIFETIME warranty, at a great price and fabric and car protection. I am now only paying a extra $55 per month. These two great M&M really went out their way to help me. I’m loving my Honda CRV drives great and now I feel safe driving to work with a spare tire. just so you know Jeep Compass does not have a spare tire in the car and I drive 30.9 miles to and from work. Our experience with Honda of Milford was amazing. My wife and I were on the market for an SUV, Manny was extremely helpful with our search and finding something within our parameters. Manny was a pleasure to speak with, and was integral in the convenience of the entire purchase. Josue and Markus were also both very nice, we had the pleasure of working with the both of them to complete the financial side of the transaction and they were knowledgeable and patient. I have purchased many cars as a driving school owner, but this team is first class. We ended up deciding on a Jeep Compass, but the team might as well be Honda Encyclopedias. Would absolutely recommend them to anybody.
Honda of Milford made my car buying experience incredible. My car came in earlier than expected and they had me in and out in no time when I went to pick it up. Everyone was very easy to get a hold if and they answered all of my questions. They were all so friendly and knowledgeable as well. My salesman, Rich, was very easy to work with and never pressured me into anything. I would definitely recommend them to a friend and I will always go back for service.
I bought my Honda HR-V three years ago in this dealership and this place has an excellent service department. I came back for oil change several times and since first time until now my service person was Joe Riccio. I rate Joe 5 stars. He is very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. I am very thankful that Joe always patiently answers all questions that I have. I highly recommend Honda of Milford, as well as their service department.
I bought my very first car in this dealership and I’m excited to tell everyone that this place have an excellent service, the salesman Manny is very helpful and I’m more than grateful for everything they did for me!. They dont mind to go for the extra mile, they do the impossible to help you get the car you dream with, and I'' more than happy to come back to this place on my CR-V
Rick Voight was so awesome. Very helpful and because of him and also Marcus Miller I will be be recommending Honda of Milford. Both took their time with me and made the transaction of leasing a pleasant experience. Any questions I had were answered. Gave me 100 percent and I placed full trust. Both Rick Voigt and Marcus Miller are an asset to Honda of Milford.
Stay away from Honda of Milford! My son went here for his car to get his breaks done, oil changes etc and everything there was an issue. At his last oil change right after which took 2 hours driving to college on the Highway his oil cover fell half off scraping the while driving on the highway. He missed class, got a beyond scraped cover and they couldn’t even send help or offer a discount on the next oil change. When he called on the side of the highway they said “ this happens more than we’d like it too” and “ come back to fix it. It should have been screwed in fully the first time not to mention the damage they caused. If they can’t do oil changes correctly I would not trust them with anything else. If you don’t want this to happen to you , spend your money at another local Honda place.
The Honda team could not have made it easier to get my new CRV! Quick and with a smile on their face, they really made the experience enjoyable. The car is perfect and getting it from Honda of Milford made it ever better. Would recommend to anyone!!
We just picked up our 2023 Honda Civic at Honda of Milford. Our salesman Keith Knuffke was very knowledgeable and helpful. He kept us informed as we waited for delivery of the car. When we took delivery, he spent time explaining all the technical features of the car. The price was reasonable and the trade-in amount was fair. We are very pleased with the appearance and performance of our new Honda. This is our first Honda, but we plan to return to Keith and Honda of Milford for future purchases.
Honda of Milford gives the most poor quality service. I highly do NOT RECOMMEND anyone to come here to get there car serviced! Stephen who is owner of Honda of Milford and Joe who is service manager are straight up rude and nasty towards there own customers. They don’t find a way to resolve a car issue and if not point fingers blaming you the customer when it comes down to a much bigger issue to one’s vehicle. For any new potential customers going to them for any types of services. Please reconsider and go to another dealership for service. PEOPLE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND SCROLL DOWN THE REVIEWS. I get Stephen is trying to cover himself and his employees. But someone over there is not doing there job right! Why are many people having issues with getting a service done to there car? Why is it that you have to keep someone’s vehicle overnight/ weekend and not provide them with loaner? Also, why are customers leaving upset? Long story short. For all of you wondering I am speaking on the behalf of someone who brought there car to get serviced for just an oil change. Turned out to be all of a sudden they had all of these other issues under “Honda’s care.” Issue is was not fully resolved. I for one have a Honda myself but through the experience she went through with Honda of Milford. I am completely DISGUSTED. Nor would these people be considered TRUSTWORTHY having there hands on my vehicle.
