I cannot say enough about the staff and service technicians at Dan Perkins Subaru. I discovered some concerns arising with my Impreza and without even making an appointment beforehand I was still able to get my car into the shop within half an hour and have a loaner vehicle available to boot!! Not only were they able to get my car in to get worked on very quickly but Marc and the rest of the service staff were very friendly and helpful in addressing any concerns I had and also by constantly keeping me in the loop with what was going on. Definitely appreciative to have people like this have your back!

We bought a Sabaru on 12/29 at a competitive price and for the most part a positive experience until we got hone and realized we never received the owners manual and was never reviewed as promised. Since then I have contacted the sales person multiple times and still today almost a month later no owners manual. Does is sound to difficult to complete the customer experience? Or let’s get the sale and then who cares about the customer? Sad!

Great experience buying the car... Do not trust the Life Time warranty. Unless they service every time or you have every receipt your warranty is not valid. My experience with Quality Subaru was far superior, only reason I purchased at Perkins was because they had the color and options I wanted at the time. We love Subaru, only car we buy. We just won't buy from them again.

A really great experience. The whole process went very smoothly. Our salesman Elmer was the greatest!! He made us feel like we were his only customer. So patient and made sure we were completely happy with our purchase. Offered suggestions and even followed up after we picked up the car. Thanks Elmer!!

My family has gotten about 5 cars from this place. All but one of them were great and reliable vehicles. The one vehicle I bought as my first car. It had oil problems and the gears didn't always catch. After about a year or so my 07 forester had all of the problems converge at once and the car had to go. I went to the dealer and they gave me a bit more than they should have on the forester and sold me a new used car for less than Kelley blue book. For the most part they're not pushy (at least no one I've dealt with) and you don't feel terribly rushed when looking. Also pretty receptive to your needs as you describe them. The repair shop on the other hand I don't prefer. Unless something was covered by the warranty I preferred my own mechanic. The staff were nice, however the oil issue in my car was never resolved and i was told the car would simply just burned oil. I took the car in at least 3 times because it would run out of oil about once or twice a month after an average amount of driving. I don't feel like they cared to fix it for whatever reason, until it finally started leaking to the point where my car smoked from the puddle of oil burning. I'm glad that they gave me a new car warranty with my used car and most everything is covered, but upset I have to go to their mechanic instead of mine.
