As an airline pilot here on a long layover, I usually eat at a different establishment, but today decided to change the venue and eat at Keys. I've eaten here before and have always been satisfied with the service and food. Today however, I came in on a chilly, rainy morning for a nice breakfast. I entered and looked around to see one other person waiting to be seated. The hostess was busy getting a to-go box for the couple standing in front of the cash register. There were at least four other wait staff working. I stood there for approximately five minutes waiting for at least an acknowledgment of my and the other customers presence but got none. I decide to turn and quietly leave and go to my old standby. Will my leaving be of any concern to Keys? Probably not. But my point is that every one who walks through the doors is expecting to exchange hard earned money for food and drink. When that exchange breaks down, it's usually the business that suffers, albeit, by a minuscule amount. Who knows, if I had been seated quickly, or at the very least acknowledged, I may have put this establishment on my favorite place to eat breakfast and returned every time I'm in town. I would have probably recommended this place to everyone and the end results would have been more overall business for this establishment. But for now, I'll continue to visit the place I always go to. Just my thoughts!

Chad Selton and the staff at Keys were the best part of my morning while getting hair and makeup done with my girls for my wedding this past weekend! I called a day or two in advance, asking if they could deliver personalized breakfast sandwiches and caramel rolls to my girls and me, and without hesitation they acted! The sandwiches were perfect (very specific orders and no mistakes!) and the caramel rolls were to die for. The delivery was right on time and the food was still very warm and fresh! They also followed up with me to see how it all went, and wished me a happy wedding weekend! I highly recommend Keys!

Stopped here for breakfast on a whim. Had the two-egg (scrambled)/hash brown special served with toast and homemade strawberry jam, which was served fast. The portion was large, the flavor a little bland. My order included a $3.49 cup of tea which seemed a little steep to me. The waitress who served me was polite and attentive. Not a bad experience overall but I also don't feel compelled to visit again...

I really liked the variety, while I enjoyed the classic BLT my sister loved the cinnamon French toast. Very nice atmosphere and I had good intereactions with the staff.

A Minneapolis must. An all-day-long focus on breakfast in a 1930s period setting. It has me feeling like I'm in a busy train depot eatery, and I should be calling my bookie to place a bet on tonight's fight. I hear the cakes are wonderful.
