I work at kid to kid. There are always reasons why we would not take your items. the things that we like to expect are clothing with NO rips, stains and NO odors. The clothing must be freshly laundered and in currant style. to make things go a little faster for both customer and employee, please have your clothing laid flat in a BIN, BOX or BASKET and have outfits together. Infant clothing such as a onesie will not give you much of a pay out at all so it's best to have them in a outfit. I always say if I would not put it on my child I wouldn't put it on others. Our prices are very low. We have well over 1000 items under $5. You could never go to carters and get a $3 outfit like you can at kid to kid. I am on the cash register a lot of the time and I am a very happy and  engage with the customer as much as I can and even try to remember your child's name for the next time you visit. I have kids myself and I buy clothing at work. When kids are growing so fast I see it as a waste of time and money getting new clothing when they will be out of it soon. The clothing we have is very gently used some still have tags. Kid to kid is definitely the place if you are trying to save money and even make a little.

I've been here a few times to shop and when you seek deep you will find good findings. But I don't recommend on selling. You don't get much at all I recommend private selling but to buy sure I do recommend.

You won’t get much when you sell to them and most things they won’t accept.  Don’t waste your time and if you wait it will be for 2 hrs just for them to tell you they won’t accept anything you brought in even if clean

I literally just walked out of kid to kid. Some what busy, but that is no excuse for the experience I just had. I purchased my items- and the cashier didn't seem at all interested or tentative to me. Did not fold the clothes to place them in the bag ( okay, that's fine). I HANDED her my credit card- she took it from my hand. In return I got my credit card dropped on front of my face but yet the slip for me to sign was placed for me to sign. ( I asked her after double questioning my should I) do you realize you just through my card back at me? She said no- I said clearly! I am not pleased with this service at all! Connie, the manager- stated I'm sorry we've been busy- that's no excuse for horrible service like this! I'll take my business other where! No thank you. Busy- not busy- no excuse and that's that.

Love 💘 this place. We travel miles away to come to this place even when I'm on my lunch break working out here.
