Do NOT bring your stuff here to sell!! They will rip you off!! Make sure you read the fine print on the form you sign. If you leave your stuff and wait for the email they send to tell you how much they’re giving you and you don’t agree you’re screwed. Wish I knew this BEFORE I left my things. I brought over $100 worth of stuff that was in like new condition some brand new because my baby never wore them. I got SIXTEEN dollars!!! It was literally like $2/item. What a joke!! And I couldn’t get my stuff back even when I emailed them just hours after receiving the notice. Their loss I have all name brand very well taken care of clothes/shoes I will now just be giving to family/friends.

I have donated here at least 4x and every time they have given back my bags that I have brought in filled with things to sell.  I came in on Sat and dropped off at 2pm. I called at 6pm and asked if they were done, they told me they weren't and I could pick up my money on Monday.  I came in on Monday and they said they bought  $37 worth. I thought that was odd  because I took in the same amount as last time even a few brand new things with tags and last time I made $125, but chalked it up as they must not need it all my things right now.  They paid me, I asked for my bags back, one in particular is a $40 Thirty One bag .  They said if I marked donate the rest they would have donated it.  They have never done that before and I know they wouldn't donate this bag, they should have paid me for it! I guarantee someone took it, possibly an employee.  So basically I lost money on this whole transaction. I will never sell here again and I advice anyone who does to take your things in plastic garbage bags because they will keep it! I would also never mark donate the remaining items and stay in the store while they do it

The employees are rude. The employee organizing the toys is rushing and going fast she almost knocked over my son and did not say excuse me or acknowledge us. My kids are customers and should be treated with respect. I will not be buying any toys here today with the hostility in the toy section. Stop selling toys if you don't like the business that comes along with your greatest customers, KIDS! Absolutely ashamed of the customer service here!

I love to get clothes for my kids here. Good variety and good prices. Helpful employees and a play area for kids.

Three star because they have really good stuff but there was one girl working that lacked customer service skills. I waited almost an hour to have my bag gone through for buying. It was a slow night, maybe three other people in the store. When I asked about it all I got was “oh I forgot. Sorry.” So instead of going through the bag she was talking to other girls working and messing around.
