We called a few minutes before arriving to get the exact location, the lady who answered was very pleasant with great instructions. She greeted us as soon as we entered. We weren't sure exactly what we wanted, but she was extremely patient. She did not seem bothered while we took pictures of different ties and waited for replies from the groom with a yes or no. I had a crazy 5 year old running around, and she interacted sweetly with her. She found us other fun things to purchase also, but with 0 pressure. We will get all ties there!

I love this place!  The workers and owners are great!  It's to bad the other review was so rude.  I've never seen or heard of those things happening. I am grateful for the kind people there that make the shopping so wonderful!    They are helpful and patient.  They have a HUGE selection of ties and I'm so grateful they have have the rules they do about not taking previously worn ties.  
I have referred my family, co-workers, friends, and neighbors to go to the Tie Shop!  
I highly recommend this place for ties, vests, sun glasses, and WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Worst customer service, the lady who works in there was no help to us and had the worst attitude.

This is the owner of The Tie Shop.  I am so embarrassed that one of my employees was so rude to a customer that we received a negative review.   We strive for the best customer service.  Obviously, this customer was in a hurry and we should have opened the door when they knocked (as the employee was on the clock).  Heck ... I am annoyed that this happened to one of my customers.   We should have helped these people on what should be a happy day.  We are currently trying to determine which employee was so rude ... and they will be dealt with appropriately.

I apologize to the Christopher and offer him 2 free ties, of his choice, to come back and give us a second chance.   Thanks Brent (owner).

The Tie Shop has an excellent selection of ties, in terms of both color and style. However, the day of my brother-in-law's wedding, I went to the store 10 minutes before the store's normal operating hours to retrieve a pocket square that was missing from the tie my brother-in-law bought. I was one of the groomsmen, and all other ties bought from The Tie Shop had a pocket square but this one.
There was a lady inside behind the checkout counter, looked at me when I knocked, and held up ten fingers (meaning the store opened at 10 am). I gestured to my tie, and she shrugged her shoulders. My wife came to the door and knocked, and this time the lady came. (My wife is typically more effective at accomplishing things than I am. Heh heh.) The lady opened the door, and, through gritted teeth, asked, "What do you want?" as though we were some infectious disease. I calmly explained the situation while she grinded her teeth from side-to-side. 
She allowed us into the store to get a pocket square; however, because I had "wore the tie" (a.k.a. put it around my shirt collar for a few minutes) the tie was non-returnable, and I had to purchase a new tie to get the pocket square.
I was thankful the lady allowed us into the store earlier than usual, nevertheless, I will not shop at The Tie Shop again. This was worst and rudest customer service I have received.
