I don't think that you could find more personable, intelligent, and skillful trainers than Nathan and Jessie -- they are fun to work out with! Their very spacious one-room gym is clean and light-filled, their hours will fit anyone's schedule, and their prices are reasonable. They offer not only superlative personal training, but also self-directed workouts that are creatively individualized for each member.

If there were more stars to give this place I would! I have been a member for about two month and I can honestly say that this gym has changed my life. The owners Jessie and Nathan are beyond incredible people! They take a personal interest within each client and I never thought I would say this but I like going to the gym. The atmosphere that has been created is inspiring and energizing. Also, I think this place wins the award for being the cleanest gym in history. If you are looking for a place to help you reach your highest potential then you found your spot! :)

Kin Movement is such a great place to focus on yourself and your well being. The owners, Nathan and Jessie, are committed to helping members achieve their goals no matter where they are starting from (trust me, I would know! :) Both of them are super friendly and totally non-intimidating. They are also both experts in the field of fitness. If you're looking for a place to go and chat with your friends while you half-heartedly do some cardio on a treadmill, then this is not the place for you. You'll get a personalized plan (nothing cookie cutter, all tailored to what your goals are and what you want to achieve) and support. The space is brand new, clean and simple. No mirrors. It's the perfect place for people who are serious about their workouts and want results. What I like about Kin is that they want to provide you with the training, education and tools to be able to eventually do this on your own. I highly recommend that you go visit them for a consult. You'll walk away feeling educated and motivated.

This place is wonderful. Basically you get personal and friendly training at an unbelievable deal. It's. Brand new gym and has flexible hours.

These guys are the best! Learning how to move and not get hurt, this duo got me in shape after an old injury kept me from the gym. You couldn't ask for a better place Highly recommended
