I've been working out with Better Living since 2003. Mark is a terrific motivator, and he keeps workouts interesting by changing the exercises each week (which also strengthens different parts of a muscle group). Now that he's grown his team, he has a whole crew of friendly and upbeat trainers. I've also really enjoyed Mark and Rachael's expertise as nutritionists. Twice I've participated in the "10 Weeks to 10 Pounds Lighter" program, and it gradually introduces solid behavioral changes that make a difference. Better Living has made all the difference for my health and well being as I've aged, had a baby, and worked through the aches and pains that come with everyday life and sedentary work (and carrying around a growing child!).

I've been working with Better Living for over a year now. Everyone on the Better Living team is very nice and approachable. I've been able to make significant gains in my personal fitness thanks to my training sessions, and the team has worked with me to develop workout plans for me to do on my own. They have been very flexible in terms of scheduling and are always looking out for my well being. I highly recommend working with Better Living.

Mark is a wonderful trainer. He is observant, knowledgeable, thoughtful and thorough. He diagnoses my individual problems and devises exercises to help correct them. He pays close attention to be sure I am doing the exercises correctly. I recommend him to my friends. .

I had the best experience working out with Mark. Before working out with Mark I never had a personal trainer and was a bit nervous that I only had 3 months to get in shape for my wedding. Mark not only worked me out so hard but also was a great coach and mentor. I was able to lose all 20 pounds and am truly grateful to have found such a great trainer. I highly recommend Mark and his Better Living team to anyone looking for a personal trainer that will get them results.

Words could not describe how smart, caring, and effective my Better Living personal training coach is. Highly recommended and would recommend it to anyone who is serious about not just getting into shape and having the body they deserve but to also over all feeling great, having more energy, and more passion in Life! It just feels great to finally know how to take care of my body effectively and to actually be doing it!
