Better Living is more than just a gym, it's a very complete fitness and even rehabilitation center. I have had multiple knee and back surgeries, and the over all combination of individual personal training and full body fit classes there have had a more positive and beneficial effect for me than years of physical therapy (and a lot more affordable). This is also a great gym for those who don't like the competitive feel of a lot of other gyms that seem to be focused on attracting totally in-shape 20-somethings. Even the web site comes across as aimed at "normal" people and not those planning for their next triathlon! Classes here usually contain a mixture of people of ages from 20 to 80 and in all sorts of condition, and yet one never feels like one isn't measuring up and competing. The staff is small enough that they get to know you, and even in classes with a planned set of exercises they are often suggesting individual modifications tailored to particular issues one has. The overall vibe of the place is very relaxed and friendly. The equipment mix is excellent and everything is in top condition and clean and there is always staff around to help you get the most out of each exercise you're doing and to offer helpful suggestions.

I've been working with Better Living Fitness for two years and eagerly signed up for Full Body Fit classes when Mark opened Better Living Fitness Center in January 2016. The results have been extraordinary. My knees, which have been weak for decades because of previous injuries, are stronger than ever. Just a few weeks ago, in fact, I was able to lift a 30lb bag of cat litter like it was nothing -- but the huge thing? I WAS ABLE TO CARRY IT UPSTAIRS TO MY APARTMENT WITHOUT ASKING MY HUSBAND FOR HELP. (Sorry for the all caps, but this was simply huge for me!) I'm 53 years old and have never been in better shape. I can't recommend Better Living Fitness Center enough for injury prevention/injury recovery as well as overall health and fitness.

Thanks to working with Mark and Eduard . I have never felt better. They design a work out for the quirks of my body and are ever watchful that I am doing it properly.

Longtime client- love Mark & his staff. They keep me fit and coming back because they make working out fun and help me avoid injury by using correct form. Cannot recommend highly enough!
