Wandered in to look and left with excellent equipment and knowledge. If you are considering getting a bike, I truly believe in what these folks are doing. The prices was absolutely fair, and attention to detail/quality was better than expected. I would reccommend this shop to anyone, and they will certainly have my repeat business too.

Are you curious if all of the wonderful and positive things you've heard about Kindred Cycles are true? Well look no further! They are! I have been loyal to this shop since moving to Pittsburgh almost 3 years ago. Both Aaron and Katharine, as well as, their friendly staff go above and beyond with their knowledge and experience. If you're in the market for a new bike, need a tune-up, or just want to ask some plain old advice, stop in to their welcoming shop in Pittsburgh's Historical Strip District!

WOW walked in the door after a intense long walk. Was impressed with all the awesome bikes in front of me. Nate the bike tech is very knowledgeable, skilled, and well trained as a bike repair technician. Took a greenway on a test ride. Was impressed purchasing a high quality bike designed for traveling could get no better. These guys and lady are the best they have my Services for a life time.

Went in on Sunday afternoon for tire repair. 10 min latet with new inner tube I was on my way back. No pressure to sell new tire or any other not needed service. Super nice, friendly and professional place. Highly recomended! Gino Slipko

If you are thinking about buying a bike and you are anywhere within a 30 mile radius of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania there is no place better than Kindred Cycles! I really wanted to buy a bike but was a little hesitant because I literally had not been behind the handle bars of a bike since I was 16! The moment I walked through those inviting doors with the bikes out front I knew I was in the right place. I was greeted immediately by an energetic young man who even though he is part owner of the place treated me like I was the first customer he ever waited on! He wasn't pushy and let me figure it our for myself. I left with a bike and have been back numerous times to have the bike tuned up which they do with the same energy as if I was a new customer just walking through the door! Thanks Kindred Cycles and I look forward to the purchase of my next bike!!
