A great small bike shop with extremely helpful employees.  They have very limited inventory in house but are happy to order whatever you need to make you a happy cyclist.

I can't say enough good things about their bike service. I've been twice -- once to get my tires changed and once to get my cassette replaced. Both times Eddie did the service on the spot and for an incredibly fair price. He also suggested a few brake and shifting tweaks and adjustments that made my bike ride like it was better than new.

I haven't bought much there but their selection is unique and the clothes are stylish. I will definitely be back.

I looooove this shop. I frequented Banker Supply when I lived in Pittsburgh and always left feeling like I made a good investment in my cycling lifestyle. As a commuter/urban cyclist its important for me to look like a normal person, not super spandexy, after I get off my bike in town and this shop delivers. As a woman, I was never made to feel like I was dumb when it came to bike maintenance and accessories (which I'm DEFINITELY NOT) - the staff was helpful, engaging and pretty damn cool. Keep up the good work and keep growing!

As someone who is a casual rider, it's incredibly difficult to find a bike shop that doesn't make you feel intimidated as soon as you walk in. Banker Supply Company delivered exactly what I was looking for! I, as well as everyone who came in while I was there, was welcomed with a warm greeting. I was dropping my bike off for a tuneup and was quickly and easily checked in. When I arrived back to pick up my bike, Nick took the time to go over the small issues they had found and corrected for me. Again as a more casual rider, I was really surprised browsing the cool selection of clothing, and I'm not talking about the spandex unitards I myself associate with cycling, I'm talking actual wearable everyday t-shirts, jackets even jeans and shorts! There were also a ton of interesting accessories.  I must have asked a million questions while I was there and Nick was happy to answer all of them. His passion and knowledge for each of the products the store carries was unbelievable. I would highly recommend to anyone to check this place out!
