Great place for a little picnic a nice walk, jog or run. In the summer time the trees are beautiful. I worked in this park in the maintenance of it is up to pare. Nice and clean.. Tennis courts, baseball fields, basketball courts, even natural trails. Nice big beautiful park.

I can't have enough of this park. It surprises me every time I visit; I see something new every time I visit. The wooded area seems lonely. This is a great place to take a walk and enjoy nature without getting out of Queens.

Apparently they found a girls dead body here? It's pretty but be careful. The neighborhood can be a little sketchy.

Kissena Park is a wonderful, relaxing place to get your nature fix. All you need to do is stroll under its wilderness of tall trees by the lake while the ducks (or even swans!?) pass you by. It'll make you feel like, at least for the time you're there, all is right with the world.

Well maintained local park with a variety of facilities and features to explore: lake with protected wetlands, basketball courts, handball courts, baseball fields, tennis courts, mutiple playgrounds, velodrome, hiking trails, bike trails, bocce court. One thing that could be improved are the decades old restroom facilities. The geese and ducks seem to like the park too
