I've been meeting to run here every morning Monday morning for the last several years, I go to races here and even some picnics. They have everything you could ever want to do in a park mostly the trails are what I use - which are quite extensive. but they also have water sports like kayaking and fishing. The main building is down the street about half a mile and the Rangers are very helpful and they even have a lost and found section.

I kayaked New Wawayanda Lake which has a shoreline along this park. Seems like a fairly heavily trafficked park, there were quite a few fishermen along that portion of the shore.

Great trails and fantastic park. Lace up the hiking shoes because some of these trails are no joke. I always look forward to the trail races that call this park home.

If you love being outdoors hiking, biking, jogging, or even just a simple walk through the woods that is safe it's absolutely wonderful. Dogs are more than welcome. The real trails are so peaceful.
