Unless there is a good sale, the prices are quite high for food, personal products, household items. The staff seem to be a hit or miss, some are nice and some should probably seek non customer service jobs. Overall it isn't very clean either. I will sometimes order online and pick up in store. They say they guarantee my items within 5 minutes of picking up and this has not Been the case.

I love Kmart but I will NOT be shopping here ever again. I always go back even though the lines are crazy and the customer service is awful. But when I went on Black Friday EVERYTHING was ringing up normal prices and it had to be checked by the manager everytime. The last thing the manager went missing forever and the line was down the aisle. I went to the product and got the sign. The teller would not ring it in even though I had the sign with the barcode. Forget it! AWFUL!

This used to be a much better store however lately they have gone down hill. The customer service isn't too great & they don't have a very good selection of item from any department.

Kmart refused to give me my money back when they didnt hv prodect to even exchange. The supposed manager wouldn't give her name... Store Manager Tom was called and he also refused give me her name when i said i was calling corporate they said i had to leave. I got my refund... And now im calling corporate. Racist people do not belong in customer service. Save yourself the headaches go to Walmart or Target...
