I called this location 15 times, never had anyone answer me. I tried multiple departments. During store hours, on 6pm on a Wednesday night, an hour after I left the store that was completely empty. Now I understand why it's always empty. I even called their corporate office which I won't even get into how awful that was, only for them to say they couldn't even get ahold of them.

The company is losing money for a few reasons. The tools, which used to be the go-to for DIYers, are now rubbish. I just bought 3 significant items. One is cheap junk, one is manufactured wrong and the third is missing all the hardware needed to assemble it. The customer service IN the store stinks. Of course when I called to determine my next course of action was to be, no one answered the phone. I will just return all of it.

Not the Sears I use to know. It was hard to find help. Only one person at register who was busy. Had to search for someone to help. She tried her best but was from another department.

This Sears seems to be severely understaffed. We can't tell you how many times we've wasted time here waiting to get help or be helped -- even at checkout! We've walked out a few times and sadly took our business elsewhere.
