The service is not horrible but there is always a wait in layaway. The service button that lets the employees know that a customer is waiting, is broken. So you either have to find an employee or hope that one sees you sitting on the bench waiting for them.

Horribly unorganized. Displays we're pushed against other products making many items unable to see or get to. Tons of things were BOGO but when I checked out nothing was actually on sale. The lines to check out were painfully long with less than friendly staff. We will not be back.

I love the new lease policy that they now have implemented. They always have an insurmountable # of reasonably priced items throughout the store. The employees are always extremely friendly, helpful, &knowledgeable. I can honestly say that I've never had so much as 1 bad experience in the 20+yrs that I've been shopping @ Kmart•☆•♡•☆
