I shop at kmarts often & usually mind my business get what i need & come home. Since they have announced their closing most of the staff is horrible & rude!!! No customer service at all.
Ive been in there once a week since they announced they were closing. I went in to buy a shirt i brought literally 2 weeks ago that came to $7 & change after the 60% off clearance. Went to cash out today which its increased to 70% off & the shirt was almost $9 & change. (that doesnt make sense)
* I explained that it wasnt correct & if they could check the sign. The refused & said the computer was correct. Never offered to check or fix the price (which they can override)
The manager came over & was just as lazy & rude.. They have lost me as a customer!!!! Glad they're closing!! I will go to other kmarts who treat their customers like people. So sad to see how they've turned out. I guess bc some of them no longer care as their closing. That's not my fault & pray they dont bring those disgusting attitudes to their next place of employment.
THANK YOU TO THE FEW EMPLOYEES LEFT (in specific a woman named yarala i think & her friend WHO STILL CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE & are helpful & smile. Smh.

UPDATE-Went back today as they are closing & it's @ 80%...Guess what i paid on the shirts i went back for...3.99..THE CORRECT PRICE. The lady who cashed me out admitted that the registers had been & off & they had to have someone come in & fix them..the rude managers from last week just gave me dirty look but never apologized for their mistake.

i only gave the place a 3 star because of 1 of there casheres named karen if it was not for her i would not go there they have no help and the computers sreouily needs to be updated hello its the 21centry and the 1980s called and they want there computers back when i was in line it crashed 3 times

I spent a couple hundred dollars worth of stuff and wanted to return a few unopened items i didnt use for my son's birthday party but they would not take anything back without a reciept, no store credit, nothing. I will not ever be shopping here again
