I always wanted to go to The Container Store and I thought I would find tons of cool stuff that I really needed because I like to store stuff but I didn't find much cool stuff that I needed which was different than what I thought it would be.

Worst shopping experience in a very long time. Computer problems took 4 staff more than 20 minutes to figure out and no one helped any of the rest of us who were waiting

Every Container Store I have been to in the past the associates have been lovely, kind and helpful. Not today at the Natick location. Associate was snarky and made me feel as if I was bothering him. I did not appreciate his attitude and shortness with me. If he is bothered by the public, he should not work retail. Very disappointed.
