Great selection of items. Cheaper items are a bit harder to find due to the layout. Most items are really expensive. If you're looking for something like a cheap pair of headphones,go elsewhere. If you want top of the line items,this is a good place.

This best buy has some pretty decent people there. Obviously no one knows the answers to everything, so it is good to do your own research on what you want ahead of time. Also price match to amz and others when you can.

You can find deals here, open box for example, but on balance Amazon will best them on price. Good place to get done physical feel, but deals are often elsewhere on the web.

I’m very dissatisfied with the customer service of Geek Squad and by extension Best Buy. I purchased a protection plan for a 50” LG television and when it stopped working I called in to schedule a repair. I was told to clear my morning and be home from 8-12.
At 12:15 I was still waiting. So I called in just to check. I was put on hold and transferred several times just to be told at 1:15 that they have no idea where the repair technician is or why he didn’t show up and to wait another hour before calling again to reschedule. No thank you. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
