I understand now why Kmart is going out of business. One of their major issues. Or at least an issue at this Kmart. Is a huge lack customer service. Call to ask about a shower gel. Got transferred to health and beauty. Was on hold for around 10 minutes. Hung up the phone and called again. Explained what happened to what I believed was a manager. Ethan transferred me back again. Which I was on hold waiting for an employee to answer the phone. Then hung up the phone I proceeded to drive to the store myself. Potentially wasting money and time. Because I didn't know if the store actually had the product or not. Just to discover it sitting on a shelf myself. Then when I went to go. Buy the shower gel the cashier. Did he even care but I was there to buy this. No hello, how you doing, or have a good day. After I purchased the shower gel. They just proceeded to stare off into space. As they were pushing buttons to ring me up. This was a disrespectful experience for a customer. Next time I will most likely by the shower gel online.

Well this is a first. Was dropping at Kmart in independence mo. Went up front around 6 no activity on the dock yet. Had music playing. Around 612 I thought I hear someone screaming and yelling pop my head out finally someone on the dock. Get told pulls forward open your doors. K do that. Back in. Yelling contest starts. He gets the manager involved. She yells at me as well. Currently unhooked waiting for them to unload their stuff. Never been so disrespected in my life without the other receiving my form of justice.

The place is to expensive. Good thing they are going out of business.

Great store but I was surprised they didn't have anybody working in the electronic section as I wanted a weather radio but it was chained up
