I arrived early at Macy's today to do some shopping. I sat in my car because I had seen a couple try the door, it was locked. It was about 4 minutes til 10, they open at 10, and 3 customers walked in. At that point I thought they were open. So as I walked in I noticed all the lights were not on yet. There was an associate putting some cloths on a rack, she did not greet me, didn't tell me they were not open yet nothing so I walk to one side and then directly past her again. Still nothing. But when I got about 20 feet from her, her and another associate started talking to each about how they were not open yet and the lights are not even on yet but that a customer was in the store and couldn't she see were not open . So I walked back over to them and asked why they didn't tell me when I walked past the 1 associate twice. They said oh you are fine to shop we just didn't think you could shop in the dark. I told them again they should have told me the minute I walked in. They said you can stay and shop, At that point I said no thank you and left.

I was shopping in the women's department....basically the whole entire floor. I needed some black tops for a new job I was starting the next day. I found one I absolutely loved, but it was a petite. CANDACE went above and beyond to find the top in my size after checking inventory online. She said there was ONE in the store. She looked on racks, in dressing rooms, and then went to a back room where inventory is kept. She came out with it after looking for several minutes. When I think of great customer service CANDACE will always come to my mind. If there is some kind of employee recognition she should definitely get an award. Thank you, CANDACE!

Um ill be speaking to the owner of macys since one of my cousins got accused of stealing yesterday at your story and jumped on by a white dude I glasses and a green coat my whole family is in town and where coming up their.

Great price and friendly people in the jewelry department. Bought 2 fine rings and am very pleased with them.
