Sears has always been a great store. Service, quality products. Still a great store.

My wife bought 2 dress shirts at $40 each and  they didn't fit. I took them back to see if I could exchange them (not return but exchange). All of the original stickers and everything were still on them and they declined me.  I get it, Sears is struggling but this cost them nothing.  

The lady helping wanted to help me but the manager walked by and literally raised her voice about how they couldn't help me.  I'm sure that's the policy but no empathy was shown, it was "you're out of luck" and walk away.  This is obviously the reason Sears is going out of business.  It wasn't bad customer service but awful customer service.  I am also in the market for a treadmill and that business now goes to Nebraska Furniture Mart.

Thanks for making my future buying decisions easier.

Would give them -5 stars if I could.

They are scam artists. Signed on to own a product with a down payment and 6 months worth of payments... Find out I've been making payments to RENT. 
Customer Service was awful and ignored the agreement (I still have the papers and it is listed for owning the product). They told me that if I wanted to own the product I would have to pay an additional 211.76. 
Not even sure if I should do that - might get screwed over AGAIN.
