The staff is top-notch; especially Anne! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the location is great, as there is a McDonald's on one side and an Applebee's to the other, and a Wawa across the street. Overall good place to stay one night or several.

The only thing I'm really satisfied with is the fact that the bed is really comfortable. Other than that, I wasn't too satisfied. The bathroom had weird stains on the door frame, no toilet seat lid, things are falling off the wall, there are hand prints on the ceiling, I assume from maintenance fixing something, there are water stains on the ceiling in the shower, and some of the lights didn't work. On top of that, there were people fighting in the parking lot a few doors down and it generally just made me uncomfortable. I knew going in to this, that the ratings were low and the reviews were kind of crappy, but whatever, it was a place to sleep when we were actually here. You get what you pay for, I guess. A word of advice to low cost hotels: At the very least, update your decor and hire people who know how to clean a room thoroughly. It's not that difficult.

I previously posted a 5-Star review but have noticed the quality of the location is quickly diminishing. With the obvious drug-dealing all hours of the day, TV service (DirecTV) that goes out at any given moment for extensive lengths of time, and plugs that may or may not work, Knights Inn is no longer "the place to be"... no matter the price or location. Be warned - and keep your valuables close to you during your stay.

I absolutely love this hotel! They are reasonably priced, always clean, and the staff is always exceptionally friendly. On several occasions certain staff members have gone above and beyond to ensure that my stay was awesome. It might not seem like much and it definitely isn't ritzy or super luxurious but it's definitely worth its price and I recommend it 100%.

If you're looking for quality, stay somewhere else. We only used this for sleeping and drinking. The best part was we could get a smoking room. Also, check for bedbugs.
