Hotel ML is a nice place if you have kids under the age of 12 . It is attached to a small water park Coco keys. My kids are very young and had a great time at the water park. The room is small but cute. The only problem with the room when is a big problem is the intense bleach smell in the blankets. But once i put it on the floor i slept fine.The restaurant was ok ....breakfast was good. Staff was nice

Would never recommend this hotel. We stayed for the water park which was overcrowded and the water temp was cold, my children had blue lips and shivers after 15mins. Our room was disgusting, it had cobwebs on the ceiling, what appeared to be blood stains on the bed skirts and dead bugs and boogers on almost every wall. The bathroom was not appealing with bubbling rust all over the door, the shower was just not up to par or very clean. Children ran up and down the halls from roughly 10pm-3am. The hallways had trash strewn about. We were booked for a two night stay and left after one night, I received a discount of $86 dollars still paying $130 for the night that we stayed. A day later two additional charges appeared on my credit card for almost $600. Had to cancel my card and file fraud charges. All in all just a horrible experience, do not risk this happening to you.

This hotel is terrible  When you first walk in,  it seems very nice and inviting   but then that walk to the room,  with each step, I could feel that cozy feeling going away.  The room was very old, Dusty, marks all over the walls, ripped curtains.  The bathroom was clean at least.  The room was so cold even with the heater in full blast!  I informed guest services and the rep told Me, well It's cold outside.  Unacceptable!!!  I spoke to another rep who was more concerned, yet, they gave us a space heater to use for the night.  Also would not give us-a roll away bed because we were in a room with two double beds...never haf a problem anywhere else with that. Please do not stay here.  Who knows,  maybe It's just the rooms on the first floor,  just be careful booking here.  My kids loved the water park though...only reason I gave it two 
stars...otherwise, it would have been none.

The staff is very friendly. The room is definitely not up to par. For the price that's been paid for the weekend, I'm less than satisfied. The bed bows in the middle, the air doesn't work (when set to 65, it's actually 74 in the room), and the television barely worked at first. The water park is fun though, and the breakfast was nice.

The rooms are spacious and have all the essentials you would need. Very close to amazing shopping and restaurants within 10 mins. And Coco key water park is connected to the hotel so it's very convenient to get to the water without worries about how cold it is outside.
