I was highly satisfied with my Kohl's experience today for many reasons, the first being the friendliness of the store associate who helped me, which was John. He went above and beyond to make Kohl's an outstanding and inviting place to shop. His customer service skills should be rewarded. Not only did he have a friendly attitude, he was also helpful, knowledgeable and had a smile on his face that never left. I noticed his interactions with the other customers in line ahead of me, and he gave them the same exceptional customer service that I received. I have always enjoyed shopping at Kohl's for the great deals, but now I will be recommending the Carson City store to friends and family based on the fabulous customer service, as well as the deals.

I always shop at this store on my lunch break and today I had a terrible experience with customer service. The lady was being rude to me and Holly the manager was not very much help. She ignored the situation after she came in at the counter and walked away. I was simply trying to exchange an item online and since they did not have it in store, I still had to pay over $8 more. It’s not the money that I’m upset about, it is the fact that just because they don’t have it in store I have to lose out on that money. I should have kept the item and not dealt with them.

Expected to get a mattress. Should have checked online first. Store sells mattresses online only.  It was later in the evening,  but it was hard to find a sales person to find that out. We had to circle the entire store to find no furniture, then went to the empty customer service desk and found a kiosk to shop their online store. Found mattresses with the flag of "online only". As we exited, we found one of the sales people running a register and interrupted the sale briefly to ask for delivery times for online orders. She was friendly and helpful, but the only visible staff member in sight.
