This is a very clean store. Always someone there to help you with a smile. Check out Is fast and easy with of course a lot of great deals coupons and or discount. Management is always friendly. There’s so many things to choose from good name brand clothing, shoes, makeup, Jewelry, bedsheets, vacuum cleaners all kinds of kitchen appliances. This is my favorite store to shop.

Unhappy is a mild description of my shopping experience tonight at the cleveland location. First, the checkout line was utterly too long for how many workers were just standing around chatting. Second, I was not given my kohls cash even though I spent over $50.00. Third, the woman who checked me out was careless and did not remove any of the 3 security tags that were on my clothing. When the buzzer went off at the door due to the tags, a woman(employee) who was off the clock and in line took one of the tags off for me (with cashiers consent). She was off and shopping and still had more concern than the previous woman at check out. Needless to say, the alarm went off again, but I was waved away and was told that I was fine. Obviously I did not see the tags at the store, but I dont get paid to see/remove those tags. Now, I have to make another 30 minute drive back to town just to have tags removed. Very dissatisfied tonight.

One of my favorite places to shop. Lots to choose from from makeup and jewelry to the shoes on your feet. They even have bedding and kitchen appliances. They carry a few of my favorite designers and brands even if they are on the higher end cost wise. There are clothes for the whole family. My only two complaints are that 1) I wish there were more dresses in store. There may be online but I'm a "try on" kind of girl before I buy. Then 2) I wish there were more to choose from in "Big and Tall" for men. My husband is 6'3 and has shoulders like a linebacker. Shirts are impossible. Other than that we love shopping as Kohls. The sales are great too.

I love this store. They are expensive on some products but they have a very nice selection. Also the staff is very professional and friendly.

Everyone is very professional & helpful here. The manager David gave a discount to us for having to listen to the whole deal of opening a Kohls card. He didn't have to do that but that was wonderful customer service!
