Clean but the merchandising needs to be addressed. Sometimes it's not stocked well or recovered well. Finding someone to assist varies from easy to nearly impossible.

I love shopping at Kohl's.  Lots of deals all the time.  They give me persentages off on top of sale prices. Very friendly sales associates.

Could not use my Kohl's dollars as it had a date in May.  Should be able to use with any date.  The checkout woman kept it.
