The place itself was nice. Organized given the holiday crowd. I don't feel it had a good selection though. I guess that's subjective. The lines moved quickly and customer service was pretty good.

Tonight I drove to this store which is 30 minutes from my house to purchase a Nu Wave air fryer . They were out of stock everywhere else I checked . I got home and opened it to find it dirty and visibly used on the inside . I called the store and was told that I could come in to exchange it for another . No one seemed to care that it was an inconvenience for me , neither did they care to address the fact that I paid full price for an item that was obviously not brand new . The initial manager that I spoke with was extremely inconsiderate . She kept trying to tell me that I needed to go to a store that was closer to me which made no sense considering I told her that no other store in Raleigh had the item in stock. After going back and for with me , she rudely transferred me to a guy named Terry who gave me $10 to compensate me for my inconvenience . I will be driving back to the store tomorrow to return the used air fryer they sold as brand new. Terry was a nice guy but the customer service experience overall was horrible .

A good Kohl's! Good stock, great customer service, attentive and helpful employees. Very happy to do business with this Kohl's store!

This is the best Kohl's location I have ever visited. The staff welcomes you when you walk in. The customer service team is perfect, insuring that your needs are met. The store is well organized and maintained. The manager here sure has their head on straight!
