I recently got my hair cut and the JCP salon. Staff was extremely friendly which is why I gave them 2 stars. I got my hair cut to my shoulders, and didn’t notice it was uneven until I got home. The lady who cut my hair turned the ends in toward my face so it wasn’t noticeable while I was there. I paid $52 for the cut and my hair to be flat ironed.

I like this JC Penney it has nice things for decorating your home and I noticed,  and was surprised that it had a nice assortment of shoes that were up to date. My previous visits to JCPenney in other states was not good,  the clothes were very old fashioned and the only thing that JCPenney was good for in the other state was linen and bedroom accessories. 
But this JCPenney is nice!!

Great service! Did not wait long at all at the front desk to check in or to get our pictures taken. Loved our photographer, Julie. She was patient and tried very hard to make sure our 9 month old was smiling and looking at the camera. We will be coming back!

Very disappointed was supposed to get an dark ash blonde color and this is what I got....explanation was because my hair was dark.if that were the true reason my color would have come out closer to what I wanted....I do believe that the stylist leaving the bleach on my hair for 55 minutes was the reason for what I ended up with....so low lights will be needed to somewhat get my color to where I wanted it.  The salon offered no discount on this service...they could have at least offered to do the low lights at no cost...the stylist consulted with the manager only after the color came out yellow orange in an attempt to correct the over bleaching...I have no luck in finding a stylist I am happy with in NC😂😂😢😢

Great selection, this JCP has everything, from photo center to Sephora to men's to kids, etc. It's a big store. I like it but the only thing I don't like is the location because it's quite busy. I wish there was another location closer to North Raleigh.
