I waited to look at a ring for about 10 minutes before looking around for help. I then seen a young lady leaving from behind the counter,I asked if I could get someone to help me and she said she would ask for help because she was already helping another customer. After a couple of minutes she was returning and she pointed at me and asked the person walking beside her if she could get someone to help because she was getting busy. A couple of minutes later someone did help. After looking through the store,my daughter decided to buy a necklace after all. After looking for several minutes and never being approached by anyone I again went looking for help.There was no one behind the counter and I seen no one at all on the floor around the counter. I then walked over to the returns area and asked if they could get someone to help me in jewelry. Someone did come over pretty quickly. I don't understand why ,if you are having a sale and bonus coupons that you do not make sure that there is enough help to take care of your customers. I was considering another item but decided I had spent too much time already and needed to get home. Do you put more help on in the daytime?

They always have a large variety of clothing for women and juniors. They aren't as expensive as I thought they were going to be.

This Kohl's is a complete joke. The store is extremely disorganized and the associates are no help whatsoever. Not to mention, I'm fairly certain an employee stole a pair of my expensive, name brand sunglasses. I accidentally left my sunglasses in the fitting room. When I left the fitting room, it was full of clothes left over from other customers. As soon as I realized I left my sunglasses in the fitting room, I promptly returned to grab them. My sunglasses were gone and all of the clothes had been returned to the racks by an employee. I informed the staff as well as the manager and they all acted clueless. Save your time and go somewhere else. Also, make sure you don't accidentally leave any of your stuff lying around.

I found kohls to be interesting...wife likes shopping here especially when she can get kohls cash...
