SEALY MATTRESS ARE JUNK, THIS IS 3rd, Sealy mattress to fail in 3 years, They will LIE, missinform you, when it comes to mattress quality., after canceling my order, when I find the adjustable, base , was JUNK, and cheaper at another place. I have been trying to get my money back, Seems they only credited back 600 bucks, out of $1,500, their mistake, I sit waiting for my money to be returned..Another worker at the Sears store , tells me Sealy is JUNK, many complaints & returns, Sealy charges 150.00 bucks to replace a mattress, all mattress with a plush soft top, cannot be warranted, as the thick top foam, bounces back ,hiding damaged coils below. I can see why there going out of bissness.U go here, I feel like your talking to used car salesman.

Never call this store for customer service. Christina answered the phone and then proceeded to talk over me - trying to answer my question without even hearing it first. I found a pair of shoes in the CLEARANCE section marked "online return" and the original sticker of $49. I asked how much the shoes cost in CLEARANCE (half box, definitely clearance). They said they didn't know and offered 5% off , I declined. I found the same shoes on the website for $34.99 and called back to the store. Christina was terrible. I still don't know how much they want for the shoes and calling back only led me to her again. SEARS is such a good name for reliable service - this is disgraceful.

My boyfriend was pressured into paying $40 extra for insurance on a ring to get it resized for "free", but after 2 weeks the ring came back the same size (probably didn't even leave the store). Now if we want to send it back it's going to cost COOL
